Money not received Meaning?

Being fairly new to ebay, I noticed on the left side it has money I've made under the past 30 days. Below that in red it says money not received. What does that mean? because as far as I can tell everyone paid for orders. Thanks.

Did you send items before payments actually cleared and you got the OK to send.

There is a delay between the time something shows up in your sold section (and is paid) and the time the info box on the left is updated.

Mine currently shows "03-Dec-17 20:52:54 EST" as the update time for that section, it's reflecting an item I sold at 20:00pm but not the payment that came in at 21:15pm.

Your Sold section on the other hand is essentially in real time and always current (although sometimes the payment info takes a few minutes to filter through from PayPal).

It includes any items still on your "Sold" section that don't have payment.  Items with a closed Unpaid Item Case will still show as "Not Received", even though the money cannot ever be received.  There's also a "glitch" in the feature that will cause any sold and paid item that had a partial refund (say for shipping overcharge) show up as "Not Received"... for the entire amount too, not just the amount refunded.

Well my auctions are Buy it now. So I would hope the money is in my Paypal automatically and it says it is on ebay.

Ebay is rolling out Immediate Payment Required to Buy It Now listings. However not all BIN listings are IPR, especially if you accept Best Offer. So it is very possible for something to sell and you not recieve payment.

Hopefully you are checking Paypal each and every time to make sure the payment is there before you ship.

Did you have Immediate Payment Required on all of those listings?
