So my account was restricted for 3 days because of a counterfeit item. I
removed the item and I just got a notification that my account is now
restricted for 7 days! I contacted the company that reported me and
tried to contact ebay customer service ...
Buyer requested return saying he got the wrong color performance boxers
and even included picture of the item. The picture showed the item still
in the package. Well go the package today and it was opened. I messaged
the buyer and also messaged ebay....
This has happened to me a few times. Where when my auction relists
itself that items that should have been removed from being sold are not
removed from my inventory. I called Ebay to complain and they told me
that it is my responsibility to make sure...
Why do you guys keep making things so difficult? I have to click to go
back to the classic version and it doesn't even set it so I can just
automatically use it. This new format is trash and you need to get rid
of it!
This buyer has 3 accounts and just tried to buy another item from. I got
the negatives removed. But Ebay seems not to care that this jerk has 3
accounts and is ruining buyers reputations.
Ebay needs to make a better deal with the USPS. To ship a 16 lb parcel
package they wanted to charge me $48! Fedex charged me $35. Still
expensive. Anyone know if ebay is losing sellers because of this price
hike?
