So my account was restricted for 3 days because of a counterfeit item. I removed the item and I just got a notification that my account is now restricted for 7 days! I contacted the company that reported me and tried to contact ebay customer service ...

Buyer sent me back opened underwear....

Buyer requested return saying he got the wrong color performance boxers and even included picture of the item. The picture showed the item still in the package. Well go the package today and it was opened. I messaged the buyer and also messaged ebay....

Getting charged .35 insertion fee when I have 27 left from 50 monthly promo.

Just went to list an item and it wants to charge me .35 fee when I have 27 free insertions left from the 50 I get every month. WHat is going on?
