As a seller, I thought is it possible to offer some % of the money back to the buyer for feedback? I mean, even after the transaction is done and the item received very few buyers leave feedbacks. Is it possible to stimulate them to give feedback and then send them some money back via PayPal e.g.?
Isn't it some sort of violation?
Thanks for your answers!

It is a violation, you cannot pay for feedback. You can request it but that is it.

Not allowed, it would be a violation of the feedback manipulation policy.

You have received 634 feedback and you have left 7 feedback. Why don't you leave more feedback.

No, bribes are not allowed on Ebay.

No you cannot manipulate buyers to give you feedback. Quick way to end your selling career on eBay permanently if reported.

Excellent point/suggestion

You're going to give the Ebay powers that be ideas.
Rather than the seller paying the buyer for positive feedback as you would like, Ebay will start charging the seller whenever they receive positive feedback. More fees please!

Sounds like a third-world bribery scheme.

Good idea..
Perhaps I'll do a listing for positive feedback..
$5. Free Shipping.. I'll leave you glowing feedback..
NOT.. This is a terrible idea not to mention violates the rules and the spirit of FB.

You can't possibly be serious? Sure, pay a buyer for positive feed back and then when they have your money THEN they will open a case against you. Scratching my head on this one. This must be a joke

That is the OP's problem. You don't give, you don't receive. What is strange, at least for full time sellers, is a seller should always give a buyer feedback as that is how you thank a buyer for putting food on your table.

Yes, agreed.....tdumonde pointed it out - I just replied excellent point. If the OP wants FB, they should give FB to their Buyers and thank them. Since I thought this was perhaps a fishing expedition of some sort or l@@k at my listings, etc.....I didn't really reply to the OP. Maybe misunderstood if this was legit. LOL
