Missing Required Item Specific- but it's already filled in?!

One of my listings that's been active for several months appeared under missing required item specifics. The supposed missing specific is Size.

This is a variation listing- size is already selected- and the sizes in the listing are selected from the eBay-provided options, not manual entries.

There's no way for me to revise the listing and add size because it's already filled in.

I don't want to delete and re-add sizes just to see if that makes the alert go away because then I lose sales history and watchers.

Is anybody else experiencing this and have you figured out a fix yet?

This listing wasn't flagged until a few days ago and the only change I made this week was updating the quantity.

Same here.  It says I need to add color and size, which are in the listing in the variation area, but it seems not to understand this, like it can only understand listings without variations..  Only problems are variation listings.  Started about a week ago.

Have you called eBay to report this? I spoke with CS and the rep submitted a report, but they're not going to open an official ticket or prioritize unless more sellers report.

@coffeebean832  Yes, I did finally call as it drove me nuts to see the red notice number each time I was on the dashboard.  It sounds like what I was told is about what you were told.  They did not seem to be putting any notice out from what I was gathering from the conversation, but the rep. did seem to me to know about this problem from the conversation.  About a couple days after my call the notice on my dashboard was gone.  Hope it stays that way.
