Messages/Questions won't go away

Good morning!

I have 2 listings with questions, but I've answered both the the alert won't go away. I've tried both laptop and phone.

Any ideas?

They never go away. Ignore them.

Been awhile since I have had but if I recall correctly

seller hub:----> Listings--->with questions

it will take you to a page where they are you will have to do this for each one

in the box next to the question click it then highlight the drop down and I think it is the top one "mark as answered"

click and then refresh

This will usually clear them but at times they hang up but usually clear soon after.

That's what I thought, from other times this has happened - but "mark as answered" seems to have disappeared from my dropdown.

That's how I put old questions away so if it isn't there for you you might want to contact ebay tech.  I just used "Mark as Answered" a few days ago.
