Message issue

Hello friends, i have an issue when contacting with my customers. I cannot reply to their messages. When i try to reply it automatically send to home interface so i had to reply them using buyer contact. It will make an effect to my response stat isnt it?

Click on the user name who contacted you and you can reply to their question that way.  Good luck.

Sorry...didn't understand your question.  Yes it is important to reply as quickly as you can.  There is a glitch right now going on with replying to customers.  Hopefully they'll get that fixed soon.

Yeah. I am doing that way right now. Sorry about my language usage. I am not fluent in english. Big relief to hear that was a glitch.

I either reply to the questions directly from ebay messages or the email I receive.
