Manual Clothing Measurement different from tag

I have a question about clothing measurement. I bought these bulk clothing. When I take the measurement manually using a tape, I get varying measurements sometimes very different from whats on the actual tag. My question is should I include the measurement I take manually on my listing title or do I still use the actual measurement on the tag.

Tag measurements refer to body measurements, not the garment. You are getting measurements that are 2-4" bigger, right? More on clothing that should be baggy?

On Ebay its is best to use the tape measurement.  This is especially true for used pre-owned clothing.

You will never be sorry if you include both.  The garment says the bust is xx inches, but I find it to be closer to xx inches.  That could help someone decide to buy.

I put the actual measurement in the title and then explain in the condition and description box that it is different than the label.

Use both measurements : in title and in description.

Use Mfg Size and Actual measurements.

The new trend is saying the size is small and yet the actual measurement is larger. I guess it's the "vanity" sizing.

Used clothing can be smaller due to repeated washings or bigger due to repeated wearings.
