Managed Payments Not Working—Sold Item Payments Not Coming Through

Managed payments appears to be having technical difficulties again. Sold item payments are not showing up. According to customer service they are aware and expect it to be fixed in 24-48 hours. Just fyi.

Oh I just called and my CS rep said they weren't aware of any problems and to give it a couple hours to update. Did they tell you to ship or wait?

I shipped. It’s not the first time this has happened. Items are packed and labels printed. They usually have it back going within a little while. Funny the customer service agent I spoke with said they were getting several complaints.

I checked ebay system status board, it's show that "Billing" function has problems.

also they say "The eBay system will undergo general maintenance from approximately Oct 13, 2022 at 10:00pm PDT to Oct 14, 2022 at 12:00am PDT. During this maintenance period, certain site features may be intermittently unavailable or slow."

Having the same issue. Ebay said others were complaining too. Hope it is resolved soon.

Thank you, I thought this was some new scam or something where a buyer could trick the system that they paid but put a bad card or something cause I’m missing payments from today as well, still no response from eBay Twitter so thank you.. hopefully they appear

Same here; last 2 sales at 2:44 and 2: 54 have not shown up in the PENDING or on the detail on the right side of the PAYMENTS tab. 

Dollars always show within 2 minutes of an item being shown as 'sold' (I have BIN IPR). 

At least they recognize there's a problem as shown as @aqeeqsouq   showed us. 

Usually means it will be fixed soon.

Actually I just checked that and “billing” issue is from October 6th and not today. If you click on the more info it highlights it.

They're finally showing up in the transactions. But the total funds are staying the same, not adding up to a new amount lol.
