Regarding fee's I was charged for

Hello, I recently had to cancel two of my listings due to non-personal faults and I was charged for the fees, and I also had to create a new shipping label for an item cause of an issue so i was double charged.. Can someone please help?

Item Description from Seller just looks like squiggles at top of section

Views and Traffic have tanked. Anybody else?

Anybody else seeing a huge drop off in views and traffic? We were rolling solid for the month and suddenly the traffic has just dropped off big. So far even today, we've listed 27 new listings and a total view of 1 for everything.

Refund

Previously sellers could do a partial refund for a buyer such as for shipping adjustment, etc. But now I was told by eBay staff you have to ask the seller to open a case on that item in order for the seller to issue the partial refund. So ridiculous.
