Re: Major Meltdown for ebay sellers

It's the end of a short month and apparently due to having to do 30-31 days of operations in 28 days, things get a bit weird.  It has happened before and is 'supposed' to straighten out again in 24 hours.

Re: Major Meltdown for ebay sellers

EBay's ability to continuously create site glitches is truly amazing.

This is why I shuddered as I handed over control of my money from sales to MP.

Why in the world does it matter that it's 28 days

That's what I was saying, in a sarcastic way.

Re: Major Meltdown for ebay sellers

Items that had GTC automatic relists today have an "expiration" date of 30d 18hr as of 4pm today. An auction that ended with no bids that I manually relisted as GTC has a rollover date of 27d 23hr. Strange.

They are rolling over everything from the 28th/29/30/31 today........I imagine the 30th one would have normally expired on the 31st and they want to keep that date as the rollover.....  A manually listed/relist today would have the end/relist date of the 28th....next month.

They have to telescope a normal 30-31 day rollover to 28 days.  I'm not saying that *should* happen but that apparently is what is happening.  My rollover listings have 27 h 23 days, too.

Re: Major Meltdown for ebay sellers

Seller since 1999. Ending ALL listings! Why?We don't know how much the final value fees are or what the new Finance fees are as they abondoned PayPal, eh?. Tried to end our listings, & they said they are having "technical' problems. This seller thinks that this is a harbinger of eBay's ultimate demise. We're going away after TWENTY TWO years. They friggin killed the goose! ! ! !
