MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SHIPPING LABELS BEING GENERATED FOR THE SAME ITEM.

EBAY IS GENERATING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SHIPPING LABELS FOR THE SAME ITEM!!!

I AM HAVING TO VOID THE EXTRA LABLES AND THEN WAIT FOR A REFUND ON THE POSTAGE COSTS.

Can you start over?

When you go to print a label, how many copies is it printing?  Are they the same label or different ones?

To my knowledge, they don't just start spitting out-I have a lot of imput in what comes out and what it says.

They are different labels, different tracking numbers, etc.

Are they printing through a label maker or something?  Can you not see what label to print to each person?

I'd be running every spyware and malware program I have right now and seeing if that helps.  If not, uninstall the label printer and reinstall and see if that helps.  Something is wrong somewhere, you may have to search for it though.

Or perhaps a setting or an app that does that?
