Hi there,
Like many folks I resell shoes that I purchase from retailers such as YeezySupply, Footlocker, Nike, Adidas on eBay since they don't take a fee out of shoe purchases.
I got hit with an MC011 restrictions and have sent close to 20 emails explaining my case, and sending screenshots of order emails as well as corresponding pictures of my AMEX charges. However I keep getting the loop of me submitting documents, and a vague message asking.
"Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacture invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.) "
The situation is pretty dire since I have close to 15k in pending payouts frozen. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Are you a registered distributor/reseller for these brands you are listing ?
If not, many manufacturers will insist on a take down because they do not want their brands being sold on eBay which is their right.
If it is a VeRO take down, you need to contact the VeRO owner and plead your case. In these situations eBay will not help you as they must adhere to the VeRO policy.
Do not attempt to relist, and I would be taking any listings of these brands down as well until this is sorted out.

When its a VERO takedown, Ebays email will say that.

What is a MC011 restriction on eBay?
MC011 is when eBay sends an email, informing you are not allowed to sell any more items, list any items, and a lot of times your existing listings will be taken down as well.

I have the items in hand, they are from my inventory, so there is no drop shipping what so ever. There is a tracking number promptly added to the order that delivers in a timely manner as well.

I expect that being a new seller with so many expensive items listed, you have raised Ebays suspicions of stolen merchandise. Have you tried contacting them thru their business page on Facebook? They are very responsive there, and better trained to answers problems than the csr's here.

I don't see this as a problem of being an official reseller of these brands. U.S. laws allow for the resale of name brands through eBay and the like. You may not be able to mark something which is new as new. It may have to be "New - Other." No, I believe this is in response to certain retailers lobbying Congress, etc. for some immediate relief in thwarting the fencing of goods stolen in recent protests. It seems pretty obvious based on the evidence you've provided that this is your problem. Have you uploaded the acquisition documents as they've requested? Proving that you acquired these through legitimate channels should solve your problem. And, if you don't have that, I would at least suggest that you provide affidavits from your vendors or something which shows good faith in that which they are seeking.

It is not just the sneakers. It is the expensive coins and PlayStation's 5s. Unfortunately eBay now assumes any new seller selling expensive items got them through dubious means. There is nothing you can say to them to change their minds.

And I do think with all the smash and grab looting that been going on recently, Ebay is coming down hard on new sellers with pricey designer type items..

How are you making a profit reselling shoes that retailers sell at retail in their store?
Something I wonder and definitely something ebay will be wondering

Have you sent these required documents to ebay? They want receipts from your purchases of all these sneakers to prove you indeed bought them.
Ebay and Amazon are cracking down on " suspicious exuberant selling of high end sneakers, designer purses and electronics as a result of this national crisis of theft.
Your location in Wisconsin is probably a red flag also. If you do have the receipts ebay is asking for than you should be able to straighten this out.

Only way I can see is maybe good end of year clearance sales if they have them. Then they should have the receipts to show Ebay.

Here's my take.
1. I see a serious issue in your use stock images in your listings. How do you prove authenticity of your items if you aren't even showing the actual items? Buyer's want to see pictures of the markings, soles, construction, logos, etc. of the actual items so they or their authenticator can verify them as genuine.
2. The use of stock images is a violation of the rights owner's (manufacturer's) intellectual property.
3. This may be an inference on my part, but a feedback on McQueen Crocs indicates the "fixing of a problem in a professional manner." Did the issue have anything to do with the provenance of the shoes?
Frankly, I'm surprised you had over 2 months worth of selling before ebay asked for more documentaiton.

Makes you wonder how ebay assigns selling limits.
