Welp the dreaded mc011. I recently thought I scored an amazing find at my local store and sold a high ticket item. I’ve been selling on here for a few years now selling all sorts of items from various categories.
I sold an expensive speaker set for $1700 and of course eBay asked for all the information.
I have provided the actual receipt of purchase and the bank info of the card and all I get back is an email asking for proof of purchase.
At this point I I just don’t know what to do. They are holding just under $2k in funds from me and I have provided all the information needed.
I have provided the actual receipt.
I am starting to become hopeless. Does any one have any experience of other info they could help? Thanks for listening.

I gave you the link to the policy that controls this a few posts back. Did you take the opportunity to read through the material? While they are doing a poor job explaining stuff to you. I have provided you with the info you need.

I did read this, unfortunately this is not a payment on hold.
My account is now permanantly suspended per an unknown policy violation that they wont tell me. So i absolutely no idea what policy i violated.
I provided all information to ebay.
I guess its time to part ways. This should be a big eye opener for every seller. EBAY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, even if you provide all the information asked. DO NOT SELL ITEMS OVER $999. DO NOT!!
I still cant even fathom all of this has happened from a back office team which I have had 0 seconds of communication too.

Somewhere in that email it does give you at least a hint. Please post the body of the email. Black out any personal info. Let us see if we can spot something for you.
