MC011 Restriction on Account

Hey! So I recently received this restriction and it says,

"To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold. 
More specific details are provided below."

I have 10+ Pending Orders that I'm getting to, does this mean if I ship those, I'll get it lifted?

Maybe; are you late with shipping them?

I'm not sure, they're listed as pickup...maybe theres a time limit to pickup?

I'd say that you'll need to upload tracking on the orders you're still filling, PLUS upload tracking for all the other orders you've sent. I see that eBay says that will "help us  remove the restriction on your account"... so it might be enough. Good luck.

Are you approved to sell digital items?

Do you own the rights to sell the digital items?

You are listing things with 'digital' delivery. Therefore, no tracking number. There are rules and systems for digital items... maybe to a point that they are simply not allowed since you cannot mark them as shipped with a tracking number.

Without tracking you will have no proof to give ebay that you have delivered (they don't take 'clouds' or any other system you've devised).
