Listings multiplying in active and unsold..

Lastnight received a message about duplicate listing's up and running on our page, so started taking them down and noticed they kept duplicating in the active's and in the unsolds..what a mess and now just a try again later when going to the selling tab ..on mobile app android. 

Kinda wondering if anyone else had this happen?

What's the fix?

I just took a look at your listings, and I do see some duplicates.

Are you using any third-party listing management software/services?  I can't think of any other reason you'd be seeing that, though someone else might have another idea.

I was afraid of that.  The creator of the reports / tools has been sick for a while now and unable to keep her tools updated.  She is a Mentor that created several very helpful tools.

Did a Bulk sell similar,no 3rd party apps. 

Wacka-mole through the active's and noticed them dubbing and trippling in the unsolds ..

Took about a 100 down, and no chang to numbers

Heard she passed several months back, so tools are no longer available. Do NOT know if this is true or she is still just very ill? Truly hoping she has just been on the mend but no news in a very long time.

NO, she is still with us and I spoke with her just a couple weeks ago.  She is still in recovery.

If you did a bulk sell similar from either your unsold or ended listings keep in mind that when you use sell similar it doesn't remove the item from that list. It will still be there when you go back to it.  You have to manually remove them from the list so you don't forget you've already relisted them.  I've done it myself before.  I quit using the bulk listing tool just for this reason.  This may be why you have so many duplicates.  

I would check that first to see if that is the cause.   Hope this helps.

Never skip the delete after confirming scheduled..

I think i finally got it straight, just going slow and thoroughly 1 by 1 in my unsolds before the next bulk..

Never had this problem, something must have gotten fixed.

I list something from unsold and it goes live but also saves a copy to my draft page. This all started with the latest update
