Step 1: Don't dropship.
Step 2: See step 1.

You should familiarize yourself with that platform before you start listing and drop shipping. My guess is you would have to contact the vendor who's offering the packet as no one here would know. This is a US community discussion forum. FYI Drop shipping is a very poor business platform and if you don't know what you are doing, most likely you won't last as a seller. A lot people will not buy from drop shippers as many times customers don't receive their items. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
Good luck to you!

Alas! Dropshipping is a fast track to losing your account. Make sure you are following ebay rules!

The only one who can help is your supplier. They make money off of you. You will likely not make money off of them.

Packet? What packet? In order to find out what something will cost to ship you need to weigh the item and measure dimensions for accuracy. But since you say you are drop shipping the question is moot because you don't have the items to weigh and measure.
Drop shipping >>>> Your eBay career will be short lived.
You have no control over inventory, cancellations for out of stock will kill your business and eBay won't let you sell anymore.
Sell what you have on hand.
