Hi everyone I'm trying to start selling on ebay but the listing process is very complex to me. I live outside US and I'm trying to list products but I can not specify shipping since the rates in my country are very variable depending on the country to send. Is it possible to list a product without specifying shipping. If so how do I do it? thanks

If you are new, you cannot sell outside your country immediately.
You have to have at least a feedback of 10, and at least 90 days selling history.
As far as not specifying shipping cost, I have highlighted below why it is not a good idea.
How to sell internationally
Before you can sell internationally, you'll need to:

You do have to list a shipping cost to the US. You will have to use a flat rate price for all of the US. Choose your shipping rate for that item and then the service.....either economy, standard or expedited shipping from outside of the US.
I think that you check off that you ship worldwide but not specify costs for other countries. The buyers may see a note to contact you for shipping costs to their country. But it is probably best just to ship to the US for your first few transactions.

There is no eBay site in the op’s country so the only way to get experience is to list on .com which means selling internationally to the US.
Those rules of 10 feedback...90 days etc haven’t been followed by eBay in a long time, especially for international sellers, so I’m surprised they still list those as requirements.

Rules they no longer follow.
Rules they have instituted that few know about.
This imo is one of ebay's biggest problems.
Lack of direction. Hard enough for us veterans, but I would not want to be a newbie to ebay.
