I have international shipping, on my side the listing says it’s available (vintage green puffer jacket) but the customer says it’s telling her that I don’t ship to Canada.
anyone know how I can fix this?

For buyer to be able to purchase you must state a shipping charge to their country.
Although you are not blocking Canada (or maybe no other countries as well) buyer are given this message:
Revise the listing to include shipping to Canada and your buyer will be able to purchase.

I have international shipping
Is this the jacket that shows $90+ dollars Ground Advantage shipping? You have not selected a shipping option for shipping internationally. You are not enrolled in the eBay International Shipping program either (EIS). Perhaps you can revise the listing and add a shipping option or add EIS. You will have to provide weight and size of your package for calculated shipping if you have not already.

In the sellers hub it says that I’m enrolled in EIS. When I open the shipping info on the listing it lists out a bunch of countries that I ship to and it includes Canada.
I’ve shipped to Australia and didn’t have to specify shipping for each country. I just had to ship it to the shipping hub and eBay took care of the rest.
maybe I need to remove the listing and relist it. Idk

EIS is showing now on all 12 of your listings. It was not showing on any of them when I looked before.

Thanks for checking for me. I changed the US shipping to ground advantage on the one listing. I’m not sure how that fixed it but I wont complain about it. lol 😆
