Listing frame categories sidebar not showing on listings?

Am I the only one not seeing them?
I checked my settings and they're the same as always. The sidebar SHOULD be showing.
Honest to G-D I am so sick of this place sometimes.

Hi everyone,
If you are having issues with your side bar of the Listing Frame not displaying, our customer service teams can troubleshoot this and work to refresh the view as needed. I recommend contacting them to have this investigated!

When the listing frame does not display properly and no troubleshooting alleviates the issue, our customer service teams have steps to "reset" the display. This generally resolves the problem, but would be performed on the phone with a member once all other steps have been exhausted.
