I would like to list a book series in a single ebay listing but I am not able to see the option to do so in the listing tool. There was a previous post with some instruction but does not look relevant anymore.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Are you trying to list each book and then let the buyer choose which one he wants? If so, it's called a variation listing. On the listing form, the option is right under item specifics....

I have multiple books from a series, for example, Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. These are low end fiction for 9-12 year olds. I thought it would be attractive for somebody to buy multiple books from the series in one shot.
This is my listing on eBay , which the buyer would buy together.
I don't know if I did this right.

Looks ok, you should probably use the word "lot" instead of "set", using "set" indicates that it was originally published/sold as a set of two books while you actually have a "lot" of two books.

Its easy. Just take a photo of the entire lot in your bundle & use it as your primary photo, then take additional photos as necessary, & describe in the listing that the listing is for a bundle of books......you set the bundle price & the shipping for the bundle.
