Hello everyone,
I'm going to try to describe my issue/glitch, forgive me if it's unclear. On seller hub overview page in the listing box-- active listing-- with questions: When i click on a message it says "The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You cannot respond to questions older than 90 days." It has been doing this for days. The messages are not old or invalid. I'm having to go through messages to answer. Is anyone else having this problem? I thought it was just a glitch and it would resolve shortly, but it's lasted a while now.

@mikesllc This happened to me yesterday - really annoying. I got around it the same way you did, then going back and ticking 'answered' in the drop-down next to the item. I'm not sure when they'll fix it - this platform is really glitchy, though.

Having same issue all month now even recent questions today says invalid over 90 days what is going on?
