This week shipping policy all messed up it keeps trying to pop same

Normally I create my listings in SSB Templates then just copy paste into
Ebay listing description. Nope not tonight it just won't let me enter
the listing in anything but gibberish format. Must be a new step I am
missing but sure can't figure it out....
Once again today I go to print a single label it says can't display
funds to pay just like last week when all the labels were glitched.
What's weird is it printed two but wouldn't print my other two. What is
going on? Help!
Are you all going to get this fixed? Yes it's little to you but big to
