I am seeing the same as your screenshot. The report is based on listing status as of May 10, 2024.

I'm not seeing this at all:

I'm one of those who doesn't have it, period. 

I know they announced they had made some recent changes to the Marketing Tab, and will be rolling out more changes to that tab, but that shouldn't effect the Performance tab, so....I don't know what is going on.

I agree, can we get an answer from the Community Team? elizabeth@ebay

The report link is gone for me again in the last 24 hours.  Updating of the report had been very spotty with long gaps since February.

My report is still not working and I no longer have any notice stating its a known issue. At one point eBay stated they were phasing the report out but I think they changed their minds after sellers complained.
