I order a discontinued perfume - saw it said “2.5 oz 1/2” and being new to buying/selling didn’t realize I was buying 1/2 bottle. Ok my bad - totally didn’t read more carefully so that’s on me, but the bottle arrived literally with a piece of tape over the nozzle and the writing was off the bottle in lots of places. Still I chalked it up to buyer error.
But…the bottle was literally 1/3 full - not half. I contacted the seller who said it was definitely half as advertised. I took pictures and sent it to eBay who decided in my favor so I could return it for a refund normally not given. I returned the bottle the same way but double wrapped in bubble and put into a box. On the bubble wrap I wrote “terrible seller”. My opinion-
She sends pics of the bottle I returned - showing it smashed in the bubble wrap with a comment “you send me back a smashed bottle with threatening notes”. I would not be surprised if she broke it herself - and my note wasn’t threatening- it was my opinion
She sends back a stickie that says “I hope you cut and die”. My comment was threatening?
can she write stuff about me as a buyer? Rate me poorly?
please don’t berate me as I know I could have held my tongue - but now what?
I wish I could attach pics as proof -

and? I saw that but it is irrelevant to the OP's post. She got her money back and there is nothing she can do about it. Not cool on the seller's part, what else can I say?

These links mean nothing, if I had the time I could find a million eBay listings that violate eBay policies.

You have some active listings that within the title say "SOLD". If you have actually sold these items, you need to end these listings. Even though they say Sold in the title, someone could still buy them and then you would have to deal with canceling the order.
To end the listings, go to your seller hub, find active listings and click on that. Find the listings you want to end and click on the little boxes beside them. Above that is a drop down menu that says "actions". On the drop down menu, find "end listings" and click on that. It will ask you to confirm the listings you want to end.

Interesting to see that if you actually search for listings using the word "used" you get 2 sold listings and 9 current.

You still have the jute rug listed that says "sold".
Also, another suggestion is for the South Park tie. Your title says "ties" but it looks like you are only selling one tie. And you need to have the name South Park in your title, i.e. "Man's Necktie Tie South Park Kids Print".
(I would use both the words "necktie" and "tie" because they are interchangable and buyers might search for either word.) You have a lot of space in the title area. Put everything in it that you think buyers might put in their search box. A one word title will most likely never be found.
