I opted in to eBay's international shipping program and have noticed that my multiple item discounts are not applied to those sales. Does anyone know why? It's a PITA to have to manually create a refund.

What type of discount?
Volume Discount, Order Discount, Coupon Discount, Shipping Discount ... ?
