Hi all,
I’ve been a disabled seller w chronic conditions since 2015, making handmade doll clothes. Lately, every time I list toy clothes, my listings get removed — even though many others are selling the same items with no issue.
It feels very unfair. I put so much effort into this small shop. Please help me understand what’s going on.
🙏thank you so much

Since you have had your listings removed you are now being flagged and "watched" so it is very important that you don't use trademarks or licensed property/names in your listings. At this point you cant worry about why others getaway with it.
I'm not even 100% sure I can use my avatar....

Labubu is a trademarked name you can't use unless you pay a licensing fee which would require a contract and cost thousands of dollars. You have to learn to list without using the name but imply the clothes are for that item.

There are a lot of people on here who are disabled and have chronic conditions. Your main problem is that you need to be aware that you can't use trademarked names in your listings. Being disabled with chronic conditions has nothing to do with anything.

Coincidence only, but I never heard of these dolls before, and just a few minutes ago I happened to read an article about they are being massively counterfeited.

It’s not completely clear to me, are you listing actual Labubu clothing, made by Labubu, or are you listing handmade doll clothing you’re making that’s based on the Labubu style?
If the clothing is not made by Labubu, you can’t use their name. If it is, something else is wrong.

Wasn't there a thread recently about Barbie clothes where folks were making them and had to list as "for Barbie" and not as "Barbie clothes" ?

You also can't use trademarks of other billion dollar industries like this outfit you made. The LA Dodgers and MLB own that logo and to use it requires a lawyer to negotiate a deal and big bucks.

Actually it would have to be listed for 11" fashion doll. Using Barbie in any form is a no no if the clothes are homemade and not Barbie

Had never heard of them either and have always thought I'd always had a finger on the pulse of the doll world.
To me, they don't look like dolls, but more like stuffies fancied up a little and provided with elaborate wardrobes. What sets them apart from, for instance, Build-A-Bears or other regular stuffies?

Forgot to mention: Since you are obviously a talented seamstress, why not just make generic doll clothes and list them that way by size -- for whatever size doll they will fit. AG clothing is pretty popular right now, but, of course, you cannot say "AG: or "American Girl".
