I received this great email from a repeat offended, the guy NEVER pays on time. This is the second time I have had to open a UPI on him, He is a slide seller in France.
hello
sorry but I never finalize an order when disputes cases are opened.
For me that's an attack, and after that, I always definitively stop the business with the seller.
I hope you best deal with another buyer.
Have a nice day.
My response :
This is the SECOND time I have had to open an NON PAYMENT notice with you. I am sorry you feel like I am attacking you for your inability to pay for the items purchased.Should I feel attacked for a buyer not paying in a timely manner? I have placed you on my BBL Blocked Buyers List so that you will never have to deal with me again.
Have a great day,
Mark

I don't think the non payer meant "attack", it's a language thing.
I think "affront" is what the non payer really meant..
It's not a good idea though to reply as you did.
I wouldn't have replied at all..

Just a technicality I know but just having cases opened does not give buyer a strike, completing by closing after 96 hours unpaid give strike. If buyer pays before case is closed then no strike

Or until the buyer cries to eBay about not being able to buy from you. I've gotten messages from eBay asking me to unblock users who want to buy from me.
It's astounding that they will assist a buyer in circumventing your block by messaging you on their behalf.

Why didn't you put him on your BBL the first time? Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
Why did you feel the need to tell the buyer that you were putting them on your BBL? They would have discovered it the next time they tried to bid on any of your items. Gloating doesn't serve any useful purpose, in my opinion.
