Just received my first neutral interesting FB.

I just had an auction finish and the buyer just left a neutral FB in form of a period. I haven't even received payment or shipped the ddr4 ram yet. Plus the buyer is a new account with no reviews. I'm a little concerned about this buyer.

Go to help page, scroll to bottom, hit contact us, have ebay call you back, explain the situation and they will  remove the feedback

Once you have cancelled the transaction for non payment, assuming they don't pay, it should be removed.

I would sit tight for now and do as @tdumonde2014 says. Wait to see if they actually pay first.

Although it is bizarre I would probably go ahead and ship if they do pay.

A neutral with a "." isn't going to affect you in the slightest so I wouldn't worry too much about that honestly.

It's quite weird when buyer can leave feedback even when they did not pay.
