Have an international order in transit. Still within the delivery timeframe for arrival. Buyer leaves neg saying they've waited weeks for it even though it is still in transit within stated arrival estimates. Ebay's tracking info shows shipping just straight up stopped 10 days ago. I look up the tracking number via USPS and other tracking sites and they all show updated info as of this morning. Item is on the way to their area. Not eBay though. Still showing the same incorrect info from two weeks ago. So their crappy tracking feed is giving misinformation to buyers making them think their item is in limbo somewhere. I thought this bug was resolved? Anyone else having issues like this?

Update: requested feedback removal was denied even though it is an error out of my control on their end. I think I'm done with eBay after 26 years. Ridiculous.

The data transfer from the actual carrier to eBay's data repository has NEVER been reliable and has been the cause of more than one issue for sellers. That is the problem with eBay thinking they actually have ANYTHING to do with the logistics piece of sales. Probably another Amazon wanna be issue.
The automation of the feedback removal process is the latest in a series of eBay fiasco's that continue to discourage sellers from further utilizing this platform. You are in Canada so I cannot see any of your listings, either that or this is your posting account so not sure if you are using a Canadian carrier to a US based one but it's probably irrelevant.
