Just received a negative feedback. Buyer states package arrived empty and that she called me and I didn't help. Well, she certainly never called me. She never filed anything through Ebay. The item was delivered 6/27. I have the tracking. She never asked for return or state not as advertised, etc. She was a brand new buyer and this is her one and only purchase. I accept returns for any reason for 30 days. I never had any opportunity to deal with this.
I have sent the info throughr Ebay for Business, Facebook. Hope to resolve it and get feedback removed.

Just don't respond until eBay decides to remove or not. If not, reply with 'customer must be mistaken us for another purchase they made'.

DREADED empty box. Truly hate those when item shows delivered. For now if they open a case enter the tracking showing item delivered. If buyer files INAD, well technically not correct because it delivered in an empty box per the buyer. Deal with that later if it comes up with ebay.

You will be golden, and eBay can most certainly confirm no correspondence was made and get the FB deleted.
I wish buyer's would read the procedures, many of them really seem to think feedback is a communication tool...
Edited to say I see the comment has been removed, you need to take this further and get that read dot removed.

Did they just remove the comment and leave the red doughnut there, or did this buyer not leave any text?

I had a customer use the same tactic a couple years back. Claimed the Item never arrived and was adamant to the point "screaming" at me through Ebay Messenger. When Ebay did a review, and found out UPS actually did deliver the item, the buyer lost that argument and negative feedback was reversed.

Yes. They removed the comment and LEFT the negative! Not much help. So, I'm trying to get it removed as well. We'll see.

They removed comment and left negative. I'm still trying to get it removed as well.

it looks fairly innocuous now. I would make sure I did not respond to it.
any buyer can look at the red mark and figure its not so bad. maybe the seller is OK is what I might think

So no communication from the buyer?
No clue what the problem was?
May I ask what the comment was that was removed by ebay?

If not, reply with 'customer must be mistaken us for another purchase they made'.

I would not encourage anyone to lie when responding to feedback.

Why would you post this? Did you not read the opening post by the thread starter?
The OP stated: Buyer states package arrived empty and that she called me and I didn't help. Well, she certainly never called me.
The advice I gave is perfect and TRUE in this scenario.
