If a buyer admits to making a mistake because they basically cant read, do i have to pay for the return shipping ??? and if not, how do i accept a return but not pay return shipping??? Thx.
If you have "free returns" then you pay no matter the reason for the return. Someone could buy 10 shirts just to try on and send them all back on your dime
