Items not showing on my store?

Sometimes, not all the time, when I check my store listings the number of listings is correct, but there are duplicates shown while others are missing. Why is it doing this and what can I do so that ALL my listings are showing? It’s frustrating because it seems that the ones that get omitted or replaced with duplicates of other listings are auction items. If customers aren’t seeing them either, then they don’t know they’re available. Why does the program do that? Meaning, duplicate listings while omitting others? Again, it’s not all the time, but several times a day. Thank you.

You may need to contact Ebay to work this one out.

 

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.  Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is.  Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message.  It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Items not showing on my store?

If you have duplicates, you need to get rid of them before Ebay finds them as it is a policy violation to have duplicate listings.

 

As for your other listings, sometimes this is caused by posting new listings.  New listings can take up to 24 hours to appear in your store and therefore the searches.

I don’t have any duplicate listings. The ebay program duplicates them. They’re not duplicate listings, they’re duplicate showings, if that makes sense. For example, it will show the same item twice while not showing another one, so that the number of items shown is correct, but not all the items are showing, meaning, some are shown twice while others not at all. That said, yes, it could be because I listed several new items. But some of them seem to be omitted still more than a few days later. I’ll watch for that!

I've seen that happen in my store too.  I've never figured it out either.
