Item removed

Hello community,

Has anyone had a jersey taken down for someone saying its a fake?  Ebay threatens to suspend you if you ever make the mistake again.  Thats appalling, not like i did anything on purpose other than list my item that I dont want.  Ive been a member for 20 years, and this has never happened.  Fake how do we know its fake as just a normal human being.  Im not a professional jersey person.  The item was won after an impossible shot was made in a rectangular basketball hoop at the S.D.County fair.  Im supposed to assume its fake?  Does ebay provide examples of reals and fakes on all items?  How do i know this isnt a competitor **bleep** that my item is cheaper?  If anyone can shed any light on this sh..?  I would greatly appreciate it.

The best thing I can tell you is if you cant authenticate an item, dont list it.Its not worth the risk,and once you've had an item removed, it puts you on Ebays radar. Takes more than one competitor to get an item removed,and your history on Ebay really doesnt matter.
