Item does not show item delivery

I shipped an item and it was delivered. But it doesn’t show that it was delivered, all it shows that it was shipped

When you say "it doesn’t show that it was delivered, all it shows that it was shipped" what does "it" refer to? Are you referring to the status on eBay, or the status on the USPS website?

Is there an issue, or are you just curious?

     What carrier did you use and what class of postage? Where are you checking the status? EBay's detailed information often is out of sync with what the carrier actually shows on their site.

UPS clicked on track pkg, then shipment history. After I clicked on track # in ups website and said it was delivered

You should check the tracking number with USPS. If it has been a while and USPS shows that it was shipped but does not show delivery then it was probably lost in the mail. You should then go to the post office and have them trace it.

If the customer is complaining, give the delivery number from post #5 that you found on the UPS site.

If the customer is not complaining, don't do anything and eventually the paperwork will catch up.

Remember the only purpose for tracking is in case the customer makes a Claim of non-delivery.

Unless they do, tracking is meaningless.

     Not unusual. Since eBay does not directly interface with the carriers on their system and copies the data to their own internal system things often get out of skew. You may need to contact eBay technical support through one of their social media sites

The package was shipped UPS, not USPS.
