OK, I want to reduce the price on about 600 listings. They are all the same price now and I want to drop the price equally. $4.99 down to $4.49. Is there an easy way to drop the price on 600 listings?

Use the bulk listing tool.
You can drop by percentage or by fixed dollar amount. Search on the current price and that should pull up all those particular listings.

@fbusoni's way will work, but you have a store, so you also have the option of using the Markdown feature, which is now under Marketing -> Discounts from the Seller Hub or directly using this link: https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/promotionmanager/dashboard
You can set up percentage or dollar amount discounts and choose your items by item numbers or by a few different available criteria. Instead of just reducing the price with no indication to the customer, it will show the old price with a strike-thru, and then the new price as well. I think customers prefer that, but you can do it either way and it will work just as well.

What I would do...
End 600 listings.
Wait a week.
Then sell similar Bulk 200 listings.
Bulk change the prices also.
Submit.
Wait another week and sell similar 200 more.
Wait another week and sell similar the last 200

Why? That's a lot of time wasted and lots of time without them listed, and there's no advantage to waiting a week.

Not only that but if you reduce the price of an existing listing it's likely eBay will send notifications to any Watchers and even to people who recently viewed those listings.
