I shipped an item UPS that eBay requires for signature. The item has
been in a UPS access point for almost a week. Buyer never picked it up.
I can’t get in touch with the buyer with eBay blocking
Item that was shipped ups eBay said needs a signature. The package was
returned to ups access point for pickup and buyer never picked it up. It
is impossible to get in touch with the buyer or eBay.
