Item broken in transit - refunding buyer - which "reason for refund" to choose?

An item I sold was broken in transit and the buyer sent photos — I'd like to send them a full refund, but have never done this before and am stuck at the "reason for refund" selection.

 

There isn't an option for "damaged in transit" — do I choose "Item Not as Described," or something else?

Just use other..........that's what I've done.
