Question? If I am the seller and the item I shipped arrived badly damage with damage to the shipping box how do I proceed with handling a refund to the customer? Do I have them request a return? The item is not able to be returned so not sure how to handle this. I have started a claim with UPS for myself as the seller with picture documentation.

Have them request a return, you have the option to refund immediately without a return.

Refund the customer with no return required and get your money back through the UPS return.
