Issue with Manual Tracking Number Entry on eBay

Hi,
I understand this is an older issue, but after reading through the entire thread, I haven't found a workable solution. When I attempt to manually enter a tracking number, eBay redirects me to a 500 error page. It's quite frustrating, and I'm hoping someone can assist me with this.

You are in the UK and will this is  primarily a board of US sellers...  there may be a problem in the UK that we aren't experiencing.......so best to ask on that board.

Here, one suggestion would be to clear cache, close browser, reboot and try again..........
