Is there a way to revert to the old message system??

I am not a fan of the new system at all.  The main reason is I like to send buyers a message and then go back to the order (which had an option in the old system) now I have to do about 5 steps to get back to the order.  Any help would be awesome

If you are using a desktop browser you should be able to revert to the classic message format using a link in the lower right corner of the main message inbox.

I don't see a link to revert back. Can you be more specific? What does this link look like / say?

Some time in the last few days eBay has removed the link to revert to the classic format.

Be sure to use the "Updated messages feedback" link to let eBay know what you think about the new format.

I hate the new message system. The old was plain and simple.

I have used the "Updated messages feedback" link to let eBay know what I think about the new format (it stinks) several times, as I'm sure others have. But eBay is too big and obtuse to care. So, we eat it and deal with it as usual.

@kingdomofshadow ,

I love the new system. You can see your previous messages to same buyer or seller without opening the old messages. With the old system half of the time I couldn’t respond to messages using my iPhone. Have not had a problem with the new system.

Like everything else it takes a while to get use to it.

@theteamsetguy,

While I can appreciate the attraction of previous messages remaining visible while responding to another message, to me that seems redundant and unnecessary. Not all of us are using iPhones. But, like anything else, to each their won. Some of us are a bit older and not only do we not care to "take the while to get used to it", we may not have a while lol.
