I have been told to use the ebay "seller hub" so I can do relistings en-masse and not have to list 20 plus items one by one, but is it worth using? I am sick to death of all the useless rubbish that ebay adds on to the simplest auction,
if the seller hub is just an excuse to add lots of add on rubbish to bamboozle a simple 2nd hand sale then I wont use it!! Ebay was once a WONDERFUL PLATFORM to advertise private 2nd hand goods but now it has been HIJACKED by these ENDLESS commercial advertisers and useless rubbish heaped on by ebay to unduly influence a simple sale. Thanks Coatcheckcop

I resisted using it for a long time, but now, after over a year.......I like it........and no problems. Just like anything else, you have to learn it.........
But your listing gripes would probably be solved by using the advanced listing form, where in ebay doesn't add automatically add in all the extra stuff.........

I like it.
You can customize it if you think there is too much info you don't need or want to know.
I too use to do my sell similar listings one by one too, but can now do them in bulk.
Sooooo much better!
Once you get use to using the various tools it offers, I think you will adapt and learn to at least 'like' if not 'love' it 😉

It's worth using to me - I switched immediately and never looked back.
But it doesn't sound like any part of eBay would ever meet with your approval.

I jumped in as soon as beta testing was announced, so for three or four years I've been using it. I like it. I have it customized to see exactly what I want to see. It's easy to use, and I've had no problems at all using it. So yes, it's "worth it" for me.

For larger sellers there are numerous advantages. For a small micro-seller like myself not so much. I still prefer and use the "My Ebay" page.

When seller hub first came out it was pretty bad - but it has had steady improvement since then, mostly in format and flexibility. It has some great time-saving functions now and is pretty easy to get used to - you can set it up how you like. Like anything else there's a learning curve, but you can actually make it pretty simple and straightforward - mine is set up in a very basic way as I also like things simple.

I have been using SH for about a year now, many people were very resistant to change when it was rolled out
I took to it quickly but not to list auctions, I use seller hub all the time but use turbolister to write auctions with
turbo listed is what I like using.SH is just where I do my other things
You can have up to 15 blocks or groups to use
it is simple to customize and just choose what to use
I only need about 6 squares for the day to day details
lots more to look at if you want it but I choose to hide most of it

I have been using it for more than five years and I would never go back to the old page. I have customized the Seller Hub to show the information that is important to me and not the things that I don't need to see.
