I'm just over it! Over entitled bull**** and all the garbage that goes with it?!?
Received a negative today. So what? There was a day I would freak out over this but honestly, I don't even care anymore. Tired of bending over backwards for what?!? People who think they are one size, but definitely not, or don't bother to actually know their size or read listings and just buy stuff because there's "free returns"?!?
Doesn't matter that we accepted her return due to "doesn't fit". Okay. But to leave negative when all we were doing was being accommodating?!? Really? And NO she never did returned said items. Hmmm.
No sales today and was wondering why, but then saw negative. Okay. 13,000+ items sold and 1, yes 1, person doesn't know their size and
F*** ...

You don't sound over it.
99.8% is an A+ anywhere I've been a student or teacher.
Your reply to the buyer was great. -But remember to block them.
I guarantee your lack of sales today had nothing to do with this neg, which only a moron would take as legitimate beef with you as a seller. And again, your reply was good -now more people will notice that you offer free returns and are a considerate seller!
Celebrate!

You have great feedback - that first neg does hurt and it's beyond frustrating when you were professional and accommodating. Recently, someone did the exact same thing to me, and I reached out and reminded her very gently that I refunded her and told her not to bother sending back the item - and she changed the neg. to a positive. Sometimes people just need to reflect a moment. You might want to ask the buyer to consider a feedback revision. That one negative will not cancel all of your good work and feedback. Best of luck.

Don't let one numpty get you down. What does their Feedback Left for Others look like? (You will need the desktop/laptop view to find the Left for Others tab on their feedback page.)

Yeah, once you just let it out, you can be over it. And I am now. Thank you for reading my little vent. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Sorry but every now and then you're going to get hit with a negative that you don't deserve.
You have outstanding feedback.
I would have no hesitation at all buying from you.

FWIW, I looked at your feedback. Most relevant must be the default. The neg does not show up on the first page so I never read it.

Sometimes we must realize that most of the world is backwards & that there is a reason why we are all alone and depressed, sifting through fake relationships and such, hanging on to dear life by a thread of joy.
If there is one good interaction out of a thousand, you are doing well.

I got 20 negative feedbacks at once a few weeks ago because the multiple item order showed as delivered at 7 am and the postman didn't actually drop it off until that afternoon.
It didn't seem to hurt my sales at all.

Since you're a top rated seller and you pay for returns, even though she didn't return it I'm pretty sure you would be able to get this negative feedback removed. Am I correct eBay community?

I haven't had any problems having eBay remove negative and neutral feedback.

I feel for you when it comes to selling clothing. I try to sell a few clothing items through the year and I find it extremely difficult. Clothing rally needs to be tried on in some cases. Your right the free shipping & free returns allows them try & not like once they get it. I assume a lot of clothing on ebay is returned.

It won't affect your sales - and it's pretty dumb and obviously not your fault. It's undoubtedly coincidental. Maybe you can get that turkey removed.
Your buyer and her relation maybe need to lay off the doughnuts, though - that's a pretty straightforward size 8 by your very complete measurements. Dollars to those yummy doughnuts I now crave, your buyer just bought from the preview window - I wish they would get rid of that, it might be fine for hammers and drying racks but not for clothing.

The negative just isn't bad enough to cause you the loss of sales. You responded to it factually and without calling the buyer names. You did great.
As for accepting the return. You didn't do the buyer a favor, you have Free Returns. You had to accept this return.
You will be fine. Don't let one bad buyer get the best of you. I know that is easier to say than actually do.
