I'm just over it! Over entitled bull**** and all the garbage that goes with it?!?

Received a negative today. So what? There was a day I would freak out over this but honestly, I don't even care anymore. Tired of bending over backwards for what?!? People who think they are one size, but definitely not, or don't bother to actually know their size or read listings and just buy stuff because there's "free returns"?!?

Doesn't matter that we accepted her return due to "doesn't fit". Okay. But to leave negative when all we were doing was being accommodating?!? Really? And NO she never did returned said items. Hmmm.

No sales today and was wondering why, but then saw negative. Okay. 13,000+ items sold and 1, yes 1, person doesn't know their size and

F*** ...

Actually there are many amazing buyers out there and with measurements given, returns are actually not a huge deal. Seems to happen in 3's then nothing for a long time then 3 again. 🤔

Do you really think that one negative was responsible for not getting any sales today?

Good question! Having sales every day BUT the day I receive a neg? Coincidence? More than likely. But when you're hot under the collar for being nothing but kind to someone and to have that person be a complete a**? Conspiracy theories sound more reasonable in the moment. LOL

Had  sale right after I posted this yesterday ... so I guess the answer is no. 😉

Found out this morning that buyer still has several days to return item. If item hasn't been returned or is returned within given time frame with buyer being refunded; eBay will then step in to close case/remove any neg feedback.

This has certainly been a learning experience and I appreciate your input! TY

You have amazing fb otherwise! Don't let this one get you down. Try to get it removed as they opened the return and didn't follow through.

Good luck, happy sales, smile and enjoy the rest of your day.

You can appeal it.  But if you are going to do that, it would really help you if you would locate the feedback rule you feel the buyer broke.

I don't see anything in the what they said that breaks a feedback rule.  I would absolutely be annoyed by it like you are, but I don't know how this one gets removed by Ebay.

If you have already refunded them, it is highly unlikely they are going to return the item.

If there is an actual INAD opened by the buyer, it should have closed when you refunded it.

It is ALWAYS important to look at the math.  Sellers with thousands of transactions likely will have more negatives than one with 100's of transactions.  It is unfair to evaluate a seller simply by the number of negatives they may have with no consideration as to how many transactions they handle.

I understand that you have not refunded the buyer because they haven't returned the item, is that correct? Just making sure because there seems to be some confusion as to whether you already refunded their money.
