Problem to add another Payoneer account

Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to solve it?
My Payoneer account was blocked due to their error, and support is not responding to me. So I tried to open another Payoneer account in my wife's name and this error appears on eBay. I spoke to them and they couldn't help me. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Your Ebay account and Payoneer account have to be in the same name.

If they closed your Payoneer account, not much you can do.

Looking at your feedback and the items you sold, I say Payoneer made a good decision.

I would imagine that Payoneer has blocked ANY accounts you try to make......if you can't resolve it with them.....nothing ebay will do.

I feel you pain with payoneer.They do not let you reset your password or login the first second you have a account problem.It seems like they are censoring people from being able to do ecommerce.If ebay is a legitimate company with its clients in mind they need to make selling on ebay which is a human right as we all need to have access to commerce.If payoneer is so corrupt we need multiple other options, the idea that there is only one option and it is so defective shows that something is wrong or maybe the elites dont want people doing ecommerce.

Wait, wait.

Selling on ebay is a human right?

Ebay is a private company, and they can do or not do business with anyone they want to.  
They can tell me right now that they don't want to do business with me and shut it all down and not even give a reason, or have a reason.

And, in fact, they do that every day. 

There are a few exceptions to this:  race, religion, nat'l origin, and a few others ... but, this is still a free enough country ... barely.
