Hello, I have an inquiry about registering a defect on my account due to a product that did not arrive. A buyer from Germany opened a case for a product that did not arrive. I tried to contact the buyer to solve the problem, but the buyer did not respond to me. So I asked the eBay support team to help me close the case, but unfortunately the eBay support team told me. OutcomeThe case was decided in the buyer's favor. More info We didn't receive valid proof of delivery from you. But the shipment tracking number shows that the shipment was delivered to the buyer's address without any problems. I also contacted the German Post and they told me that the shipment was delivered. Sorry for the long explanation, I have a question now. I have entered the Seller Dashboard on my account. Until now, I do not see that a defect has been registered on my account. So, is it possible that a defect will be registered on my account in the coming days or next month?

When a buyer files a "not received" case the seller has to put the tracking number into the case.
seems you made 2 mistakes - you did not put the tracking number into the case and
you asked eBay to step in.
This defect will stay on your account a lot longer than a month.

Hi, when I go to the seller dashboard, then the transaction defect rate so far, I don't see any defect recorded in my account, maybe because eBay noticed that the shipment was delivered to the buyer. I don't know if the defect will appear in my account in the coming days.
