Did you mean:

Is it 10% or 20%?

When checking my seller dashboard I scrolled down and saw that eBay is still reporting a 20% discount for qualified sellers.  Have they changed their policy again or is this an appalling oversight on keeping their information updated?

Hopefully whoever at eBay is responsible for proof- reading will quickly bring conformity to their seller guidlines , although I was laughed at when I reported a spelling error months ago - the error persists!  Am I too fastidious? I hope to receive some support from others who also consider relatively minor mistakes a reflection on the standards expected at eBay.

My mantra has always been "In order to achieve excellence you must expect excellence!"
