Is he trying to scam?

I had a buyer purchase an item for roughly $100. When he purchased the item, he left a message to make sure the item is delivered to a specific address. I thought it was odd but confirmed in the order details the address he mentioned was the exact address in the order details. The item was delivered and today I get a message from the buyer saying the item was not delivered to his address. I think it's a scam berceuse he is saying the item was delivered to Indianapolis instead of his city which is Speedway. I checked the address & Speedway seems to be a town or city in Indianapolis. I also tried looking up the address without a city and the only one that pops up is in Indianapolis. He sent me a screenshot of the tracking that shows Indianapolis instead of Speedway but I think he does this to fool you into refunding him. What's the best way to go about this? As far as I'm concerned the item was marked delivered to the address on file. He did not open a claim, he just messaged me saying I need to contact UPS & to refund him. What do you guys think?

Re: Is he trying to scam?

It sounds like it to me. I would ignore for now. Tracking shows delivered, correct?

I live in Indy. I can use Indianapolis, Lawrence, and or Oaklandon, and I will get my mail / packages.

Good luck!
