Lots of views but not many sales

Hello! Our store gets a decent amount of views per item, but not very many sales via ebay. We are looking for some constructive feedback so we can improve! What do we need to work on?

I'd like to sell a product that is perfectly legal to buy and sell in most states, restricted in some others, and totally illegal in a few. Can I sell such a product on ebay? If so, how should I list it?
