I got that message a couple times just randomly. It seems to be fixed now. As far as the new store layout goes... I really don't like the banner part. For some reason my banner image is insanely huge. I'm going to have to see if I can resize it somehow. Other than that I think I can get used to the new format. I like the rest of it, if I can widdle down that banner photo it'll be great.

@abfabvintage wrote:My concern was who or what is deciding what gets extrapolated from either the description, condition, or wherever. Any ideas on how to fix them? If I knew how to write exactly what they do pick up I would be better off and able to write better scripts. Maybe sellers who only put in a one sentence script have it right? Thx.
I'd like to know how they do that to. The seem to have picked a phrase that I have in all of my listings that makes sense in context but looks kinda bratty on it's own.

Hi everyone,
We're looking into issues where some sellers' Store design is not being displayed correctly. I'll add you all to the ticket, and we'll provide updates.
Thank you.

Hey, still have problems. Clicking on store icon that goes to non-existent. However, the ID verified icon also has problems. It is now a brown color? and goes to eBay page for security options? Plus on some pages my store door shows blue and then red on other areas.

Thank goodness & thank you Alan.
Mine appears to have been fixed.

The store logo on my main store is now a TEENY thing in the middle of a white box.
Thanks so MUCH eBay.
They want ALL sellers to look the same (as much as possible)
Are you speaking about the logo box on a listing page or the store banner on your store home page?
The item listing page has been defaulted like this for a number of years. I was able to correct this a couple years ago when the new store format first went live by
Make sure you have a link avaiable to re opt back in. For some reason once you do this that option disappears. Find it in google and save the link or leave the google search open in a separate tab.
Hopefully that still works.
Good Luck Selling!

Interesting, my store has reverted back to what it looked like before the update.... very odd.
Cleared cache, forced refresh the whole works to be sure.

They have now reverted mine back to the New old store format I had .
Prehaps they can't fix the issues they had with the new format & should not have rolled it out yet.
But things have been changing by the hour here so next time I look it may be back to the New New store format !!

Yep, both of us have been "reverted"..........

My store has also been reverted back to what it was before eBay "fixed" it.
All links working as expected.
Now leave it ALONE eBay.

Hi all,
Due to an issue during rollout, we turned off the new Stores experience. We will turn the new experience back on as soon as possible.
Thank you.

- opting out of the new store format.
- then going to mange your store then
- (I think) listing frame then reloading the graphic again
- saving all changes then opting back into the new store format.

@goodluckselling, I think the poster's issue had to do with errors in the new store rollout, not the logo in the listing frame. However I'm still going to share a shortcut with you that I discovered several months back when I was changing the logo in my listing frame.
I had to do what you said above - opt out, opt in - big pain. When I was in the old format I bookmarked the URL for updating the logo image in the listing frame. I tested it once I was opted back in to the new layout and found I could access it and make changes, no opting out necessary. Here's the link:

Strange. My main store is back to the way it was but this one is still the bleepy new new store "experience". And I STILL can't get to it from the store door icon.
eBay, I am tired of your wanting to give me an "experience".
