Hello dear community!
Today I decided to edit several of my lots and noticed in one lot - Total fees for selected listing: $ 0.30 (I did not make confirmation of editing).
This lot was put up on Good 'Til Canceled and I did not choose any additional options and advertisements and did not exceed the number of free ads per month.
As a result, I see in Review fees - Insertion fee $ 0.30.
I don’t understand why this Insertion fee was charged to me.
How can I find out what this Insertion fee is for and how can I cancel it?
I do not know if it is possible to provide a link to this item here?
Regards.

The fee schedule for sellers in managed payments is on the links I provided before ... I thought you would have looked at them to see what I was talking about.
Since Russia is not in the EU, I think that you will have to provide a Payoneer account to receive funds from managed payments. There's more information here:

I have already looked at using Payoneer account
Accepting payments via Payoneer account will be even worse than PayPal unfortunately for me.
As a result, account maintenance and transaction fees will cost more than PayPal.

I wrote to eBay support but they couldn't help either.
They said that the possible reasons:
1. Either a fee is charged because you are trying to list the product on any other site and your free listing quota may have run out of that listing site's quota.
2. Or if you are trying to list a product in a second category.
But this is all wrong, I don’t place an ad on another site, I have a quota for free placement, and I don’t use the second category either.
In general, everything is covered with darkness.
I closed these ads and re-posted them from scratch, no fee was charged.
Thanks to everyone who tried to help me.

Glad you found a work-around!
Lacemaker was far more help and knowledgeable than CS. (Not surprised....)
